An Air, and an iPhone
My entire computing setup right now is as simple as I can make it: an Air, and an iPhone.
A tool should be an enhancement first and foremost, not a commitment. Choose the things that let you move.
I recently simplified my computer situation as well. I got rid of my iMac and use just an Air, and an iPhone. And like Matt, I've never felt more productive.
Even more awesome, I can easily work all day from a coffee shop, without having to worry about plugging in the power cable. It stays at home.
